The captivating open plan design shows off the spacious living and dining spaces. Enjoy shared meals at the dining table with space for all along the window seat bench and open up to the outdoors with large sliding doors connecting the alfresco dining and lounging area to the indoor living and dining.

Opened up to the rest of the house, the conversation doesn't need to stop when in the kitchen. Fully equipped, deluxe finishes and appliances, this kitchen is a joy to be in.

The rumpus room is the perfect zone to separate from those wanting to chill out, play games or kick their feet up and enjoy the smart TV. This space opens up to the side yard by huge folding doors and can also be closed off to the rest of the house.

Samudra House features four spacious bedrooms, three of which are luxurious full suites located upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed, ensuite, walk in robe and private balcony overlooking the breathtaking gum tree. Two additional Queen size bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms and desk areas are located at the other end of the upper level creating privacy. Downstairs is where the bunk room is located and can comfortably sleep six.

All three bedrooms located upstairs each have their own ensuite. The main bathroom is located downstairs and includes a shower and high end fixtures.
A fully equipped laundry can be found behind hidden doors and can be used throughout your stay.

Your private outdoor oasis in the heart of Byron Bay. Here you will find different areas in itself where you can relax and unwind. Whether it's in the pool or beside it on the built-in bench seat under the towering palms, this space is the perfect place to be. After a dip, rinse off with the waterfall outdoor shower located by the pool and front entry or lounge on the huge daybed under the shade of our umbrellas.
The alfresco dining area is fully equipped with a large bbq, dining table for 10, and a huge automated awning just perfect for entertaining all year round.
