The Paddington House was an end to end project completed in conjunction with B2 Construction. The project included a renovation to the whole building including interior design, planning and approvals processing, building project management, and finally assistance with interior decoration of the clients new home. With the clients living abroad, the majority of the work was managed remotely but with clear design objectives from the client along with budget and timing guidelines linked to the clients move home from Hong Kong.

A new more functional layout was created including reclaiming an unused light well and attic space, relocating walls and repurposing poorly designed spaces. Every surface was touched as well with new flooring throughout, new wall finishes, new Kitchen, Bathrooms, Laundry, bifold doors, skylights and robes. The home was brought to life with decorating elements such as feature wallpapers, lighting and furniture.
