Completely secure, Lavana House has video intercom entry and key lockbox. Inside you will find a compendium full of the information about the home and the surrounding area.

With inspiration from the sand and sea nearby, Lavana House is filled with natural and raw textures and materials. Enjoy shared meals around the large oak dining table inside or take the party outside! Feel right at home in the living room. You’ll find a Smart TV with access to Netflix and a warm gas fireplace, perfect for the cooler months.

With an abundance of natural light, the chefs kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with premium appliances including an induction cooktop, Billi tap and coffee machine.

The rumpus room was designed to able to be closed off from the rest of the house when need be. It is the perfect space to wind down, relax and enjoy the Smart TV, or can be opened up to the front garden completely by using the bi- fold doors.

Lavana House offers four spacious bedrooms. The master suite has king size bed, an ensuite and private balcony area. The two guest bedrooms each have a luxurious personality of their own both with a queen size bed. The bunk room is able to sleep four, with two king singles and room for two more on the upper bunk. All the rooms on the upper level enjoy the use of the north facing balcony with day bed and hanging chair.

The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a shower, luxurious stone bathtub, double sink and high end fixtures. The master bedroom has it’s own ensuite with double shower, double sink and vanity. You will also find a powder room located downstairs. A fully equipped laundry can be found beside the kitchen and can be used throughout your stay.

Your private outdoor oasis right in the heart of Byron Bay. Here you will find different areas in itself where you can relax and unwind. Whether it’s in the pool or lounging beside it on the built-in bench seat or swing, this space is the perfect place to be. After a dip, rinse off with the waterfall outdoor shower located by the pool and front entry. The alfresco dining area is fully equipped with an automated outdoor awning and large barbecue, plus a firepit area, all perfect for entertaining year-round.
